Mount Kailash Resort, Pokhara

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly for its lovely location next to Fewa Lake and a vibrant shopping area. The rooms were spacious, and I loved the swimming pool, especially for my kids. However, the laundry service left a lot to be desired, and the dining experience was not great, particularly the burger we tried. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with room for improvement.

My stay at Mount Kailash was overall quite nice, being close to Fewa Lake offered a great setting. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the rooms could use more space, and not all had good views of the Himalayas. While the food quality in the restaurant was lacking, especially during buffets, the helpful staff made up for some shortcomings. The sunset views from the hotel roof were a definite highlight!

My stay was quite disappointing, as the hotel appeared nice from the outside but fell short in many areas. While the room was somewhat clean, the lack of working Wi-Fi and issues with AC were frustrating. The staff seemed untrained and unhelpful, which made my experience even worse. On the positive side, the location is appealing, but overall, I cannot recommend this hotel for any amount of money.

However, the lack of an elevator and some cleanliness issues detracted slightly from the overall experience.
